Ready to join the party? dnd therapy

Our sessions are led by a therapist who acts as the Dungeon Master, guiding you through epic quests. We meet weekly online, using collaborative storytelling to face challenges, solve puzzles, and engage in meaningful social interaction. No previous D&D experience is needed; we teach you the mechanics as we go.

The Advantages of Play

Social Connection

Break through isolation by joining a party of peers. Through shared objectives and collaborative storytelling, you'll build meaningful relationships in a safe, structured environment.

Emotional Resilience

Practice facing challenges through your character. Develop healthy coping mechanisms for stress and anxiety while navigating high-stakes encounters within the safety of the game.

Creative Growth

Unlock new parts of yourself by stepping into a different role. Imagination becomes a tool for problem-solving and self-discovery, allowing for growth in ways that traditional therapy cannot reach.
